How it works

- 02A recruiter talks with you about your experience and what you're looking for.
- 03We discuss the client opportunity with you before presenting your profile.
- 04You interview with the client, usually with a technical conversation.
- 05We agree the offer terms with you in writing.
- 06We handle onboarding, and your named contact stays in touch during the assignment.
Where you'll work
We are a remote-first company. Consultants work from client locations or from home, not from a head office. Each job posting states the work model and location for that role.
