Where BPC customers are heading
SAP Business Planning and Consolidation, in its standard and embedded models, has run budgeting and consolidation for thousands of companies. Its future is tied to the BW platform underneath it, and SAP's investment in planning has moved to SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, with consolidation moving to Group Reporting in S/4HANA.
That does not mean BPC has to go tomorrow. It means the next major change to your planning process should be designed with the target in mind. We support current BPC environments and plan the migration when the timing is right for finance.

- A staged path from BPC to SAC Planning and Group Reporting, timed around budget cycles so finance is never mid-migration during planning season.
