This policy explains how Tech Talent Connect LLC ("Tech Talent Connect", "we", "us") collects and uses personal information through techtalentconnect.com.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you contact us, request a consultation, ask about staffing, or apply for a position, we collect what you enter in the form: for example your name, email address, phone number, company, location, and the details of your request. If you apply for a job or join our talent network, we also collect your resume and any information you choose to include in it.

Information collected automatically. Our web servers record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. We use this to operate and secure the site, for example to block abusive traffic. We do not use advertising trackers or sell browsing data.

Cookies. The public website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our administrative area uses a strictly necessary session cookie for signed-in staff. If spam protection from Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled on a form, Cloudflare may process technical data to tell people apart from automated traffic.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and provide the services you ask about.
• To consider applicants for current and future positions and to communicate with them about the hiring process.
• To keep records of recruitment activity that employment and immigration laws require us to keep.
• To protect the website, our staff, and the people who use it.

Sharing

We share personal information only as needed: with our service providers (for example web hosting and email) who process it on our behalf; with clients when an applicant has been considered for and agrees to be presented for an engagement; with our attorneys and advisers; and with government authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above and for as long as the law requires. Some recruitment records must be kept for several years under U.S. employment and immigration recordkeeping rules, and records subject to an audit, investigation or legal hold are kept until that matter ends.

Security

Resumes and application records are stored in access-controlled systems that are not publicly reachable. Staff access requires a password and a second sign-in factor, and access is logged. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect the information we hold.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by writing to the email address on our Contact page. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will respond as the applicable law requires; some information may need to be kept to meet legal obligations.

Children

This website is intended for adults and for business use. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date below.
