Agree the terms
Role, duration, location, working hours, rate and notice periods, all written down before anyone starts.
Select the consultant
You interview a short list and choose. We confirm availability and references.
Start
The consultant joins your team as a Tech Talent Connect employee or contractor, depending on the arrangement we agreed.
Extend, roll off or convert
Near the end of the term we check in with you about extending, finishing on schedule or converting the consultant to a permanent hire.
