IT staffing solutions
We fill technology roles of every kind for enterprise teams across all 50 states: data and AI, cybersecurity, software engineering, cloud and DevOps, ERP, Salesforce and more. Every candidate you meet has been interviewed by someone who understands the work, and every placement has an account manager who stays involved after the start date.
How we approach it
Most hiring managers have had the same experience with staffing firms: a flood of resumes that match the keywords in the job description and very few that match the job. We work the other way round. Before we search, we talk to the hiring manager about the systems, the team, the project phase and what a good first three months would look like. That conversation shapes who we look for and the questions we ask them.
Our recruiters are organised by technology area, so the person searching for your data engineer spends every day talking to data engineers, and the person filling your security role knows the difference between a SOC analyst and a cloud security architect. Screening is done with practitioners who have delivered the same kind of work. When we put someone forward, we tell you in writing why we think they fit and where we think they might need support.
How it works
Requirement call
A 30-minute conversation with the hiring manager about the systems, release, project phase, team and working arrangements. We confirm rate or salary range, location and start date at the same time.
Search
We start with consultants we already know and have placed before, then run a targeted search through our network and referrals for people doing this work today.
Technical screening
Each candidate is interviewed on the substance of the role: the pipelines a data engineer has built and the volumes they ran at, the incidents a security analyst has handled, the services a developer has shipped to production, the ERP modules and releases a consultant has configured.
Short list
You receive a small number of candidates, usually within a few business days, each with a written summary of relevant experience, availability and any gaps we noticed.
Interviews and selection
We schedule interviews around your calendar, collect feedback from both sides and handle the offer conversation.
Onboarding
Background checks, paperwork, equipment and access requests are coordinated so the consultant can work from day one.
Support during the assignment
The same account manager checks in with you and with the consultant throughout the engagement and deals with issues before they become problems.
What you can expect from us
- Screening done by practitioners
- A machine learning engineer is asked how they monitored a model after deployment. A penetration tester is asked to walk through a finding they reported. A Salesforce developer is asked about governor limits they ran into. Generic interview questions do not tell you much.
- Short lists you can act on
- We would rather send three well-matched people than ten possibilities. It saves your interview time and gets the role filled sooner.
- Coverage in every state
- Our consultants work on client sites and remotely in all 50 states, and we handle multi-state payroll and compliance on assignments we employ.
