SAP and ERP talent
ERP programmes need people who have configured the modules, written the integrations and survived the go-live. We place functional consultants, developers, architects and programme leaders across SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor and NetSuite.
How we approach it
An ERP resume full of module acronyms tells you very little on its own. What matters is which releases someone has worked on, whether they configured or only tested, which phases of a project they saw through, and how they handled the integration points with other modules and systems. Those are the questions we ask.
SAP is our deepest bench, and our SAP consulting practice helps us assess SAP candidates. We apply the same rigour to Oracle E-Business Suite and Fusion Cloud, Workday, Dynamics 365, Infor and NetSuite, recording releases, deployment models and migration experience so you know exactly what you are getting before the first interview.
How it works
Define the role precisely
Module, release, deployment model, project phase and the systems the role integrates with. If the role is part of a larger team, we look at the team structure too.
Screen on hands-on work
Configuration and development detail, not just project names. We also check references from project leads where we can.
Present and interview
A short list with written summaries, and technical interviews led by your team.
Onboard and support
System access, project onboarding and ongoing contact with an account manager who knows SAP projects.

What you can expect from us
- Release and deployment detail
- We note whether an SAP consultant has worked on ECC, S/4HANA on-premise, RISE private cloud or public cloud, and whether an Oracle consultant knows E-Business Suite, Fusion Cloud or both, and on which kind of migration.
- Functional and technical depth
- We place across the whole ERP stack, from configuration to code, integration, data and infrastructure, which lets us staff complete workstreams.
Questions
Can you find consultants for niche ERP products?
Yes. A large share of our requests are for skills that are hard to find, such as SAP BRIM, TM or IBP, Oracle Fusion PPM, or Workday payroll for a specific country. Searches for these take longer, and we tell you honestly how the market looks.
Do your ERP consultants work remotely?
Most ERP work today is remote or hybrid, and our consultants also travel to client sites for workshops, cutover and go-live. We agree the arrangement with you before the search starts.
Ready to talk about the role?
Tell us what you need. We'll reply with questions or a plan, usually within one business day.
